Not satisfied with the resolution provided by the Call Center?
Feel free to contact the Nodal Officer of your circle with your complaint reference number and details of your complaint. The Nodal Officer will revert to you through your preferred mode of contact, with a resolution / response within 10 days of registering a complaint.
In case you are still not satisfied with the response of our Nodal Officer, feel free to write your grievance to the Appellate Authority during working hours 9.30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday excluding National & Regional Holidays. You are required to fill up a form prescribed by TRAI in Duplicate. The Appellate Authority shall respond to you within 15 days of receiving your complaint.
