These are a few things you need to have to get a Virgin Mobile post pay connection

  • Your self attested photograph
  • Your photo proof of identity / signature
  • The proof of your address

 

Attach any of the following documents as proof of identity:

  • Income Tax PAN Card
  • Photo Credit Card
  • Voter ID Card
  • Passport
  • Arm's licence
  • Driving licence
  • Identity Card issued by Central / State Government
  • Identity Card issued by Public Sector Undertakings
  • Ration Card with your photo
  • Government / College / University Identity Card

 

In case the proof of identity document does not contain your address, you must submit one of the following documents as proof of address:

  • Electricity Bill of State company (not older than last 3 months)
  • Telephone Bill of Fixed Line (not older than last 3 months)
  • Water Bill (not older than last 3 months)
  • Ration card
  • Income Tax Assessment Order (not Older than one year)
  • Driving licence
  • Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC)
  • Registered Sale/Lease (Rent) Agreement

Please note: Photograph with customer's signature is compulsory.

Get the above documents listed and either walk into any Virgin Mobile India store or call us at our customer care number 1800-266-0011 (toll free) from your mobile phone or landline number and walk out with a new connection. You can also call us our customer care at 121 from a Virgin Mobile GSM number.
