Now that you are all set and ready to hit the road, let’s just take a breather here. Just bits of formality before you officially become a member of the Virgin Mobile family. So, let’s have a quick glance at what you need and you’ll be all set.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Changed your name to Silk Smitha or Rocky Rococo and want to update your contact details? Just shifted base to Plot No.4, Ramgarh village and want to change your billing address?
All you gotta do is:

1. Dig through your cupboard to find some address proof stating your new address or your new name.
This could be your electricity bill, a copy of your passport, stuff like that.
2. A pretty/dashing passport size photo of yourself
3. And finally ID proof, which could be a PAN card / passport / driving license
4. Did we say finally before? Ok just one more. Gather all this stuff, walk into the nearest Virgin Mobile shop
and hand these over to one of our friendly neighborhood customer care execs.

And that’s it. You’re done!

Individual Customer

- Proof of Identity

Any one of the following can be submitted as proof of identity

1. Valid Driving license (should not be learning and should be issued by Govt. of India only)
2. PAN ID Card
3. Passport (Should be issued by Govt. of India only)
4. Passbook of any Bank, along with photograph
5. Ration Card
6. Voters ID Card
8. Arms & ammunition license
9. ID Card issued by Defense Services
10. Govt. ID Card mentioning residence address/signature
11. ESIC Cards mentioning ID /Address /Signature
12. Sr. Citizen ID Card mentioning Address/ID/Signature issued by competent Govt. authority
13. CGHS Card
14. Student Identity Card – as per the policy note appended at the bottom of this doc (**)
15. Pensioner's Card /Army Canteen Card
16. Govt. Registered Sales Deed/other documents mentioning Photo /Address/Signature
17. For IOIP - Company ID card as Identity proof, only if, any of the above POI documents

Note - Point 1 to 16 is submitted as supporting proofs, with any other address within India

E.g. Employee of Infosys working in Hyderabad wants a connection in
Hyderabad & submits letter from HR/Admin or Company ID card with local billing address, along with his PAN card / Passport / driving license having address belonging Mumbai or any other state within India.

- Proof of Address

Any of the following can be submitted as proof of address

1. Driving license

3. Ration Card
4. Passbook of any Bank, along with photograph
5. Vehicle Registration Certificate
6. Voters ID card
7. Electricity/Water/MTNL/BSNL bill - last 3 months.
8. Govt. ID card mentioning residence address /signature
9. House tax payment receipt
10. LIC Policy Certificate.
11. Arms & ammunition license
12. Student Identity Card – as per the policy note appended at the bottom of this doc (**)
13. Bankers Verification on letter Head only with Stamp & Signature in Original
14. Documents /Letter sent by govt. office in the firms/individuals name/address
15. Govt. Registered Sales Deed/other documents mentioning Photo/Address /Signature
16. ESIC Cards mentioning ID/Address/Signature
17. Sr. Citizen Cards mentioning address /ID/Signature
18. LPG Delivery Receipt (Should be computerized and within last 3 months)
19. CGHS Card
20. Valid Insurance Policy /Premium Receipt (Life) Govt.
21. Pensioner's Card/Army Canteen Card.
22. Allotment Letter from Govt.

Corporate Customers

List of Documents
(Any as POI / POA) in name of any Company – Limited, Partnership, or Proprietorship.

Valid Trade License,

Telephone Bill – BSNL Land Line (Any one out of Last three months),

Electricity Bill (Any one out of Last three months),

Water Bill (Any one out of Last three months)

Valid Shop and Establishment Certificate.

Sales Tax Registration Certificate.

IT Papers Last Return.

Registered Partnership deed.

PAN Card of Company.

Excise Registration

Import Export Registration Certificate.

Labour License.

Any Govt. issued license / Allotment Letter.

Proprietor’s Valid Passport issued in India & Valid Driving License issued in India, Voter ID card, Arms and ammunition license, PAN card of Proprietor but valid company document providing proprietorship along-with.
